1. PEEBLESSHIRE YOUTH TRUST, CHRISTMAS HAMPER APPEAL

It’s that time of year and, once again, with the support of local churches, organisations, schools and the Foodbank, Peeblesshire Youth Trust (PYT) is preparing to deliver Christmas Hampers to local families (with children under the age of 16) who are likely to struggle for a variety of different reasons this festive period. This year the linked charge of Eddleston, Peebles Old and Stobo & Drumelzier have been asked to make donations of: CEREAL. A donation box has been placed in the vestibule of Peebles Old Parish Church and Eddleston and Stobo & Drumelzier will similarly collect at Sunday services. Please give as generously as you can. The final collection of our donations will be made by PYT from mid-to-late November. Thank you.

2. The next ‘Community Cuppa, A Chance to Chat’ will be on Saturday 19th October, from 10am to 12noon in the MacFarlane Hall. Everyone welcome.
