  1. The next ‘Community Cuppa, A Chance to Chat’ will be on Saturday 16th August, from 10am to 12noon in the MacFarlane Hall. Everyone welcome.
  2. There will be a Joint Service at Peebles Old Parish Church on Sunday 31st August at 10am. Tea and Coffee will be served after the service in the MacFarlane Hall. All welcome.
  3. A fun, fundraising Peebles Inter-Church Quiz Night is being planned by St Andrew’s Leckie Church on Monday 1st September, 7pm for a 7.30pm start, and they would like to invite teams from all the local churches to participate. The quiz is part of an initiative they are currently undertaking to raise funds for the church. In the interest of fairness, they suggest a maximum number of 6 per team. Trophy and prizes to be won! Tea & coffee plus goodies will be served. Entry fee (suggested donation) £5 per person (cash only please), payable at the door. To enable them to gauge numbers for catering and prizes, please contact Mary from the Church on 07546 049036 if you would like to take part. They look forward to seeing you there.
